Emma Hendry joins TIKS Solutions


TIKS New Non-Executive Director - Emma Hendry


TIKS Solutions CEO, Dr Daniel Carpenter, today announced the appointment of Emma Hendry as a non-executive director to the Board of TIKS Solutions, with immediate effect.

Welcoming Ms Hendry to the board, Dr Carpenter noted the extensive property and construction experience she will bring to the innovative technology company.

“Emma brings with her a global view of site-based technology and its application now and into the future. Like TIKS, Emma values client relationships above all. Adding to an incredibly supportive board, Emma will play a very active role in making TIKS Solutions the benchmark in the services we provide.”

In taking up her position as a director, Ms Hendry said she is: “absolutely delighted to be appointed to the Board of TIKS and to become a member of such a progressive, dynamic, and innovative team and company. I am excited and inspired by TIKS’s unique and deep understanding of technology, innovation, compliance, health & safety and people in the built environment. I look forward to playing an active role in seeing TIKS become a leading influencer in the sector and contributing to its strong growth trajectory and vision.”


Ms Hendry went on to further state that she is “proud to be a part of a team that advocates for diversity, inclusion and equality and champions women in technology and on boards.”

Ms Hendry is a respected industry leader and advocate, Emma is driven by innovation and finding ‘better, smarter ways’ for buildings, cities and communities. Emma transforms how things ‘should be done’, driving industry forward and championing innovation to propel the sector globally.


An accomplished academic with a double bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics, Emma commenced a Masters-level Diploma in Financial Strategy at Said Oxford Business School, graduating with an Executive MBA with distinction during her transition to CEO of Hendry.


Named CEO Magazine 'Building & Construction Executive of the Year' 2018, a female first in the category, Emma is a role-model, and passionate about promoting inclusion, with a focus on supporting women to pursue leadership roles.
